Label comparison, not a foot-length chart. JP/CM is a printed shoe size label; it is not the length of your foot measured with a ruler. For a measured foot length in cm or inches, open the footwear maker's separate Foot Length or Heel-to-toe chart to choose a size. The US/UK/EU references here are approximate and vary by brand.

US to Mexico: translate via the seller's MX row

adidas Mexico's chart gives US Men's 9 → MX 7, alongside 26.3 cm measured foot length. The US Women's 10 label occurs on that same published row. The example describes adidas, not a universal Mexican offset.

If your target brand uses different MX labels, start from its US row and read its MX column. Do not treat a 'CM' shoe-box label as identical to a measured foot length.

How to use the general reference chart on this page

The table above compares approximate US men, US women, UK, EU and JP/CM printed shoe-label references. It does not provide a direct country-specific size column. The brand-specific example above supplies a checked local-label answer; confirm it against the actual product chart before buying.

Keep foot length measured from heel to longest toe separate from CM/JP or millimeter numbers printed as shoe size labels. Those may be different quantities even when both contain the unit cm or mm.
