US Shoe Size to CM
Read the printed JP/CM shoe-label equivalent; use a maker’s Foot Length chart for physical measurements.
Label comparison, not a foot-length chart. JP/CM is a printed shoe size label; it is not the length of your foot measured with a ruler. For a measured foot length in cm or inches, open the footwear maker's separate Foot Length or Heel-to-toe chart to choose a size. The US/UK/EU references here are approximate and vary by brand.

US to JP/CM shoe label is not US to measured foot length
Read the US men’s or women’s printed size row, then use the JP/CM column for an approximate printed label comparison. A US Men's 9 / JP/CM 27 pairing does not say that the wearer's foot measures 27 cm.
For actual heel-to-toe length in centimeters, find the matching US size on the manufacturer's own Foot Length or Heel-to-toe chart. Do not reverse-engineer physical foot length from the generic JP/CM label.
