Korea to US Shoe Size
Identify whether Korean millimeters mean a size label or physical foot length; use the matching maker chart rather than the generic JP/CM label as a foot measurement.
Label comparison, not a foot-length chart. JP/CM is a printed shoe size label; it is not the length of your foot measured with a ruler. For a measured foot length in cm or inches, open the footwear maker's separate Foot Length or Heel-to-toe chart to choose a size. The US/UK/EU references here are approximate and vary by brand.

Korea to US: read the KR millimeter label
Nike Korea's adult men's chart associates KR 270 mm with US Men's 9. Divide a KR mm label by 10 only to express the printed number in centimeters (270 mm = 27.0 cm); this does not automatically equal your measured foot length.
Confirm the box says KR/mm rather than a measured foot-length recommendation, and check the brand's US men's/women's columns. The shared chart above lacks a KR column and is not a direct Korea-label converter.
How to use the general reference chart on this page
The table above compares approximate US men, US women, UK, EU and JP/CM printed shoe-label references. It does not provide a direct country-specific size column. The brand-specific example above supplies a checked local-label answer; confirm it against the actual product chart before buying.
Keep foot length measured from heel to longest toe separate from CM/JP or millimeter numbers printed as shoe size labels. Those may be different quantities even when both contain the unit cm or mm.
How this guidance is checked
These sources support the measurement method and help check real-world variation. They are not presented as one universal brand-size table.
- ISO 19407:2023 — Footwear — Sizing — Conversion of sizing systems — International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Measurement-first footwear methodology and the limitation that cross-system conversions are guidance rather than guaranteed fit.
- Men's Footwear Size Chart — Nike. Manufacturer cross-check showing that foot length, labeled CM values, width, and brand-specific sizing conventions are distinct concepts.
- Footwear Size Guide — adidas. Manufacturer cross-check across heel-to-toe length and US, UK, EU, and Japan-labeled footwear sizes.
- Men's footwear size chart — KR mm and US — Nike Korea. Korean millimeter shoe-size label compared with a Nike US men row, with separate foot-length measurement.
