Casual shirts and dress shirts use different anchors
Casual shirts commonly use letter sizes driven mainly by chest or bust. Dress shirts may place more emphasis on neck and sleeve measurements.
Use the chart that matches the garment type and treat fit names such as slim, regular, or relaxed as separate from the base size.
